Manage your aircraft fleet
Fleet Management helps you register and manage aircraft, estimate battery endurance, and maintain FAA registration and insurance records in one place. Use the fleet record when assigning an aircraft to an active mission, reviewing maintenance history, or preparing compliance documentation.
Aircraft Registration
Add aircraft by manufacturer and record the specifications your operations team needs for planning and compliance. Supported manufacturers include DJI, Autel, Skydio, Parrot, and Custom / DIY builds.
Register a new aircraft
Open the aircraft registration form
Open Fleet Management and select the option to add an aircraft. Choose the manufacturer that matches the airframe, or select Custom / DIY for an unlisted manufacturer.
Enter aircraft specifications
Complete the operational and battery fields for the airframe.
Add compliance and maintenance records
Record the identifiers and history that support operational reviews.
Save the aircraft
Save the record to add the airframe to your fleet. The aircraft appears in the fleet list with its specifications, battery information, compliance records, and flight-hour history available for review.
Aircraft Presets
Use a preset to start with a pre-configured commercial aircraft profile. Review the values before saving and update them when the equipment, payload, or operating configuration differs from the preset.

Active-Mission Aircraft Assignment
Assign an aircraft before you review mission readiness or begin flight planning. Select an aircraft from the fleet list, then choose the option to assign it to the active mission. The selected airframe becomes the aircraft associated with that mission and its planning data.
If you manage multiple aircraft, verify the assigned airframe before checking battery endurance, reviewing the pre-flight briefing, or launching the in-flight workflow. The free tier indicates a limit of one airframe, although the current interface does not visibly enforce that limit when adding aircraft.
Battery Endurance Simulator
Use the simulator to estimate how environmental conditions and mission equipment affect available flight time. Adjust the conditions that most often change endurance during an operation.
The simulator returns three planning values:
- Theoretical maximum flight time: Estimated total flight time under the selected conditions.
- Usable safe flight window: Estimated time available for planned operations after accounting for the configured reserve.
- RTH reserve margin: Remaining time reserved for return-to-home requirements.
Higher winds, heavier payloads, and lower temperatures reduce the estimated endurance. Use the result to adjust the mission plan, payload, or reserve settings before flight.
Simulator results are advisory estimates, not a substitute for the Remote Pilot in Command’s pre-flight judgment, aircraft documentation, battery condition checks, or changing conditions during flight.
FAA and Insurance Records
Keep aircraft identifiers and coverage information with the airframe record so you can review them during mission preparation and compliance checks. Fleet Management supports FAA registration numbers and expiration dates, insurance policy numbers and coverage dates, maintenance information, battery cycles, and total flight hours.
Update the record when an aircraft receives maintenance, changes insurance coverage, or accumulates additional flight hours. For the regulatory checks and pre-flight briefing workflow, see Part 107 Compliance.
