Getting StartedAccount Settings

Account Settings

Manage your pilot profile, review mission statistics, configure operational preferences, and update your subscription tier.

Manage your account from one dashboard

Account Settings is a multi-tab dashboard for managing your pilot identity, reviewing mission statistics, configuring operational preferences, managing subscriptions, and reviewing security. Open it from the top navigation to access these settings in one modal.

Pilot Profile

Update the details that identify you as the pilot in command:

  • Legal name
  • Callsign
  • FAA Part 107 certificate number
  • Company or organization
  • Dispatch email
  • Phone number
  • Home base or airspace zone

Save your profile changes after editing. Profile details appear in compliance briefings and mission records, so keep them current before planning or documenting a flight.

Mission Flow & Log

Review your operational history from the Mission Flow & Log tab. The dashboard displays:

  • Total flight time
  • Sortie count
  • Mission totals
  • Safety rating
  • Recent missions

These statistics are drawn from completed missions and flight logs. Use them to review your activity before preparing a new briefing or checking your operational history.

Ops Preferences

Configure the units and operational notifications used throughout Flight OS.

PreferenceAvailable options
Distance and altitudeFeet or meters
SpeedMiles per hour, knots, or kilometers per hour

Choose units that match your flight planning and reporting workflow. Enable LAANC synchronization and weather alerts when you want those operational indicators available during planning.

Plan & Subscriptions

The Plan & Subscriptions tab shows your current operational tier. Open the tier upgrade modal from this tab to review available plans and change your selection.

Security & Auth

The Security & Auth tab shows your authentication status, connected-session indicator, and audit-log encryption status. Use Sign out from the account settings sidebar when you finish working.

Authentication is browser-local. Sign out when you use a shared device to prevent the next person from accessing your pilot account and operational records.
