Sign Up & Sign In
Create an account, choose a subscription tier, sign in, and manage your pilot profile in Air Pixels Flight OS.
Start your flight operations workspace
Signing up for Air Pixels Flight OS gives you access to mission planning, airspace tools, fleet management, and Part 107 compliance briefings. Register a pilot account or sign in with an existing email and password to continue.
Creating an account
Create your pilot profile from the registration screen. Your account stores the information used across missions, aircraft records, and compliance workflows.
Enter your pilot information
Enter your full legal name, email address, and a password with at least six characters.
Add your operational details
Add your callsign, FAA Part 107 certificate number, and company or organization. These details help identify you in mission and briefing records.
Choose a subscription tier
Select the tier that matches your operation:
- Free Starter: For pilots beginning with core mission planning workflows.
- Pro Pilot: For pilots managing ongoing missions, shot lists, and production workflows.
- Enterprise Fleet: For organizations coordinating aircraft, pilots, and fleet operations.
Submit the registration form
Review your details and submit the form. Air Pixels creates your local pilot account and signs you in when registration succeeds.
Demo personas
Use a demo pilot persona to explore the platform with a representative operating profile. Demo personas are available for testing and do not replace your own pilot account.

Explore workflows for property showcases, client missions, and real estate production planning.
Sofia

Review shot lists, storyboards, lighting preferences, and production-focused flight planning.
Derek

Jamie
Recreational or aspiring pilot

Signing in
Enter the email address and password associated with your pilot account on the sign-in screen. Use the password visibility toggle to check your entry before submitting the form.
If you registered locally in the same browser, Air Pixels restores your account and session after a successful sign-in. You can also use the available demo persona options to explore the workspace without creating a separate pilot profile.
Account verification
Authentication currently runs locally in your browser. Keep your Part 107 certificate number handy when creating or updating your pilot profile, and use the same browser when you need to access a locally registered account.
Next steps
After you sign in, complete your pilot profile and review the tier features available for your operation.
